Responsibilities

• Engage telephonically with clients to explain products
• Optimise leads performance and improve sales conversion rates
• Track and analyse lead performance and prepare reports
• Allocate leads to sales agents for quoting and closing
• Ensure new business applications are fully completed
• Follow up on outstanding client information
• Capture data accurately on company systems
• Escalate client queries to the relevant department
• Provide accurate advice and after-sales service
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (required)
• Relevant business or financial management degree or 3-year diploma (required)
• Knowledge of the financial services or insurance industry (beneficial)
• Aspiration towards a career in financial planning (beneficial)
